Delivery Policy — Puspa Furniture

Thank you for shopping with Puspa Furniture. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on www.puspafurniture.in, you agree to the terms below.

1. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, and the type of vehicle required to transport your products.

Please note that the delivery fee covers vehicle and transportation costs only. It does not include charges for unloading, carrying the product into your premises, moving it within your home or office, or any installation or assembly work. The customer is responsible for arranging the necessary labour and bearing any associated cost for moving and installing the product at the delivery location.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across West Bengal, For locations outside our standard service area, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and provide a delivery quote.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within [3-7] business days of confirmation. Made-to-order, customised, or bulk items may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order. 


4. Installation & Assembly

Unless explicitly stated and agreed in writing, the price of the product and the delivery fee do not include installation or assembly services. Where installation is offered, it will be quoted and arranged separately.

5. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason (such as a manufacturing defect or damage in transit), transport and return charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
